On each of our product pages you'll find a "Request quote" button. Simply click on the button, select the quantity you require, and fill in the necessary information to enable us to send your quote as quickly as possible.

Yes, once you've added a product, click on "Continue Browsing", continue your search and click on "Request Quote" on the desired product page. All the products will be visible in the summary of your quote request.

Your request will be processed in two different ways:

  • If you are in France, it will be processed within 48 hours by the after-sales administrative department (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • If you are located outside of France, it will be transferred to the local HORIBA subsidiary or agent, who will contact you directly.
  • For France, we guarantee a maximum processing time of 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • For countries outside of France, the delay may be longer as your request requires the intervention of our subsidiary or local agent. However, if you have not received a quotation after 5 working days, please contact services.hfr@horiba.com
    to check the status of your request.

In the event of a surcharge of requests, response times may be delayed. If you haven’t received a reply within the stated time limits, please do not hesitate to contact us at the following address: services.hfr@horiba.com

Products & Services

If you cannot find your product online, it may not be available on our site for several reasons:

  • The product is not yet available online.
  • The product cannot be sold without the intervention of a service engineer.
  • The product is out of stock or obsolete.
  • The product is not marketed by HORIBA.
