We do not display the prices of our products and services online on The HORIBA Store. However, if you are considering placing an order, you can request a quote on each of our pages by clicking the “Request a quote” button.

On each of our product pages you'll find a "Request a quote" button. Simply click on the button, select the quantity you require, and fill in the necessary information to enable us to send your quote as quickly as possible. Click “Finalize my quote,” then “Review my quote,” and “Send my quote request.” Your request will then be sent to us, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Yes, once you've added a product, click on "Add more products", continue your search and click on "Request a quote" on the desired product page. All the products will be visible in the summary of your quote request.

Your request will be processed in two different ways:

  • If you are in France, it will be processed within 48 hours by the after-sales administrative department (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • If you are located outside of France, it will be transferred to the local HORIBA subsidiary or agent, who will contact you directly.
  • For France, we guarantee a maximum processing time of 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • For countries outside of France, the delay may be longer as your request requires the intervention of our subsidiary or local agent. However, if you have not received a quotation after 5 working days, please contact services-store.eu@horiba.com
    to check the status of your request.

Products & Services

If you cannot find your product online, it may not be available on our site for several reasons:

  • The product is not yet available online.
  • The product cannot be sold without the intervention of a service engineer.
  • The product is out of stock or obsolete.
  • The product is not marketed by HORIBA.

Our catalog training courses are dedicated to HORIBA instrument users. Designed to accommodate all skill levels from beginner, advanced, or expert. These courses aim to cater to the diverse needs of the participants. Our trainers adapt each session to match the skill levels of the participants.

Our training sessions can be held at our Center of Excellence in Palaiseau, where our application laboratory, “The Analytical Solution Plaza” is located; at our Loos facility; or at your own location, whichever is most convenient for you.

Yes. Training sessions can be conducted directly at your facility, allowing us to work within your laboratory environment and utilize your equipment.

Yes. A certificate of completion is issued to participants at the end of the training.

Yes, meals and refreshments are provided during training sessions conducted at our HORIBA sites in Palaiseau and Loos. Attendees will receive lunch as well as refreshments for the entire duration of the training.

Unfortunately, the training is offered exclusively to HORIBA customers.

Maintenance contract

Our maintenance contracts are designed exclusively for HORIBA instruments, offering a range of options to match different needs. The available levels include Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, each with distinct
benefits. To enroll in a maintenance contract, visit our maintenance contracts page and select "Request a quote." From there, choose the contract type and coverage level that align with your instrument's usage and maintenance
requirements. Our team will then contact you with a detailed quote.

Our contracts are tailored to accommodate a variety of needs and budgets. We provide multiple contract options, each offering different levels of coverage. To find the most suitable contract for your requirements, how you use your instrument, its importance to your operations (and the impact of a potential breakdown), as well as your budget. Maintenance contracts are not renewed automatically. Each contract is
valid solely for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Once this period concludes, the contract expires without an automatic renewal process.
