5”x5”nanoGPS scale, Quartz, ultra-high accuracy + 1 licence OxyO software.
Suitable for observations with optical magnifications ranging from 3,5 to 10 (typically: microscope objectives 5x, 10x); reflective illumination (brightfield) or transmission illumination.
This scale allows position determination with an accuracy better than 100nm over 120mmx120mm in a thermal environment controlled within +/-0.2°C. Because Quartz has a thermal coefficient of expansion that is more than one order of magnitude lower than that of float glass, accuracy remains excellent even in non-controlled thermal environments.
