Holographic Concave - Type I - 100-300nm - 30x30x10mm - 2400gr/mm - 499.7mm
Type I holographic concave gratings are recorded on spherical substrates, with equidistant and parallel grooves.
They are generally arranged on the Rowland circle (i.e., the circle defined by the grating center and the tangential radius of curvature of the grating) and adapted to techniques requesting very high resolution and low stray light such as Glow discharge, Spark, ICP OES etc.
