SPRi-Biochip functionalized with Epoxyde groups
This 2D surface chemistry is ideal for direct coupling and is adapted to many molecules (Oligonucleotide, nucleic acid, peptide, protein, antibody, polymer, small molecule). Cep surface chemistry is suitable for immobilizing molecules with primary amine groups. When the biomolecule is linked to the surface chemistry a stable covalent ether bond is created.
