COe SPRi-Slide
SPRi-Slide functionalized with CHO groups (cysteamine/glutaraldehyde) and extravidin layer
This 2D surface chemistry is adapted to many biotinylated molecules (Oligonucleotide, nucleic acid, peptide, protein, antibody, carbohydrate). COe chemistry is based on CO surface chemistry on which an Extravidin layer is deposited. This surface chemistry is suitable for immobilizing biotinylated molecules. Extravidin is linked to glutaraldehyde by the formation of Schiff’s bases or imine links. Biotinylated ligands are immobilized via the specific interaction between extravidin and Biotin.
