This service provides you with a half-day (4 hours) of assistance and guidance from our expert to resolve your analytical issues, optimize your methods, and improve performance.
Our application support addresses problems you may encounter, such as unstable or inconsistent results, calibration issues, poorly controlled matrix effects, or simply a need to quickly optimize an existing method, etc.
The application support session is tailored to your specific issue. After assessing the situation, our expert will take the necessary steps (such as guiding you through instrument operation or adjusting parameters) to provide optimization suggestions and recommendations tailored to your application. At the end of the video conference session, a report will be sent to you.
Duration: half a day (4 hours)

Where : Service limited to the EMEA region
Prerequisites: HORIBA fluorometer users, stable internet connection, and access to the instrument.
