PPD-650nm 

Picosecond photon detection module comprising fast photomultiplier with 230-700nm response, dark counts <80cps typical, integral regulated high voltage bias, pre-amplifier, and discriminator with NIM and TTL compatible outputs.

Requires +15V power supply (e.g. DeltaHub or DPS-1).
