Moreover, by taking a maintenance contract you improve the reliability and durability of your Raman Imaging and Spectrometers instrument and you ensure a better monitoring of your instrument by our service engineer.
Finally, having a service contract gives you many advantages: for example, the possibility to get consumable kits and spare parts at the lowest price, a priority response anytime you need to contact us and free remote diagnostics. Please check all the other advantages in our brochure.
Our maintenance contracts* are available for XploRA™ Series in 3 types:
- Bronze Contract
- Silver Contract
- Gold Contract
