OmniTM Tip Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (TERS) probes designed to acquire topography and enhanced Raman spectral information of a sample simultaneously.
Raman active layer: Ag with protective layer.
Quantity: Set of 3 probes.
This probes are compatible with XploRA Nano, LabRAM Nano, OmegaScope and TRIOS systems. They are nanofabricated using highly doped single crystal silicon with unparalleled reproducibility, robustness and sharpness for consistent high resolution imaging capabilities.
Unique features of these probes include:
- Allows all modes of TERS operation –Transmission and Reflection (from top and side accesses.
- Compatible with HORIBA AFM-RAMAN systems.
- Ag probes are shipped in inert gas package with proprietary probe box for enhanced tip shelf life.
